Ian Land: Prints and Books

Camber, 2016

From my book Land of Cockaigne, Travels Through Brexit.
All print and mount sizes are given in inches, not in centimetres, as inches are still the standard units for photographic paper sizes in the UK. All mounts are cut to standard frame sizes, to make it easy for you to find frames for your prints at any frame supplier. Images are sized to fit the paper with a border, so image size is always a bit less than the paper size. Unless otherwise specified in the description, 5x7 prints are mounted in 8x10 mounts (this is a fraction smaller than A4), 8x10 prints are mounted in 11x14 mounts (this is a fraction smaller than A3), and 16x12 prints are mounted in 20x16 mounts (this is a fraction smaller than A2). All mounts are cut by me, using acid free archival mount board. Prints are printed on Ilford Multigrade Fibre paper, matt finish, large format contact prints are made on Adox Lupex Silver Chloride paper, semi-gloss. Both these papers are high quality and of proven longevity. Prints are signed and stamped on the reverse, with the dates of both the picture and the print. Editioned prints are numbered on the reverse. I keep stock of popular prints for quick shipping, but if you purchase a print which needs to be made to order I will confirm with you on receipt of the order, and it may take a couple of weeks to be made for you. All pictures of the prints on this website are photographed from actual example prints, not scanned, to give you some idea of the tonality and texture of the print you will receive.
